Collecting URL information at all times can often be a pointless exercise. For example, managers, may only be interested to track browsing activity during business hours only.
Through the URL Tracking Scheduler, you can schedule the time ranges when the Internet activity should be collected. Browsing activity outside of these schedules will not be collected. This also helps to maintain the database size. |

| Export URLs to BrowseControl New! |
|
The BrowseReporter reports provided detailed information of URLs activity, time of visiting these sites and the duration of these visits.
Once the offensive sites have been identified, organizations may need to take action on this activity. One common course of action is to take this list and export it to the blocked list of your Internet blocking software, eg BrowseControl.
Alternatively, these reports are also beneficial in identifying sites that are relevant to your business. In this case, the URLs can be exported to the Allowed List of your Internet blocking tool.
The URLs can be exported directly to the BrowseControl software. This list is exported to the “URL Filter List” of BrowseControl. In addition, the URLs can also be exported to a txt file. |
